REGISTRATION
The Robotics Camp is recommended for ages seven to fourteen. No prior experience is needed. Each camp session consists of one week. The ratio of camper to counselor is approximately seven to one. All sessions are conducted in English and when necessary, bilingual. Children can be registered for one or more weeks.
A registration is deemed complete and students are enrolled with the Robotics Camp once the registration form and the deposit fee are submitted and approved via an automated e-mail.
The camp fee is $425.00 per 5-day week. Discounts are applied for multiple weeks and for siblings.
Robotics Camp hours are from 9:00 to 4:00. Drop-off is from 8:00 to 9:00. Extended hours are until 4:30, 5:00 or 5:30. The fee for extended hours are $4.00 for every 30 minutes per day.

REFUND POLICY
Initial deposit fee of $50.00 per activity/week is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made one month or more prior to the start of the camp, 100% of fee (less deposit) will be refunded. If a cancellation is made within one month or less to the start of the camp, 80% of fee (less deposit) will be refunded. All cheques returned "Non-Sufficient Funds" will carry a $50.00 service charge paid to Educational Products and Services.
Although every effort will be made to accommodate students, the Robotics Camp reserves the right to give a refund to any student for whom the program is deemed inappropriate or to students who disrespect camp rules.
